Emma investigates and litigates white collar matters and complex civil disputes.
She has represented and advised clients in connection with investigations involving the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other state and federal regulators. She has also represented clients in matters involving contract disputes, Title IX, Title VII, bankruptcy, and other complex commercial matters. Emma has been a member of trial teams in federal court and the Delaware Court of Chancery, and has obtained favorable verdicts for clients in civil and criminal matters.
Prior to joining Clark Smith Villazor LLP, Emma was an associate at a large international firm.
Government Service
From 2021 to 2022, Emma clerked for District Court Judge Todd W. Robinson in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
