Pauline litigates and investigates white-collar cases and complex civil disputes.

She has represented domestic and foreign companies, financial institutions, and individuals in connection with litigations in federal and state courts and with investigations involving the Department of Justice, various U.S. Attorney’s Offices, and the Securities Exchange Commission. She has also represented clients in securities cases, contract disputes, trade secret disputes, antitrust cases, bankruptcy litigations, and other complex commercial matters. Her experience includes representing a pharmaceutical company and a manufacturing company in trials before the Delaware Court of Chancery. Prior to joining Clark Smith Villazor LLP, Pauline was an associate at a large international firm.
