SEC Abandons Remainder of Enforcement Action Against Yorkville Defendants

On Friday, May 18, 2018, U.S. District Judge George B. Daniels signed the parties’ stipulation of voluntary dismissal with prejudice of all claims against Yorkville Advisors, LLC, Mark Angelo, and Edward Schinik.  In late March, Judge Daniels had “smack[ed] down SEC fraud claims” leaving “a tiny sliver of the original claims.”
